Discussion for vehicle owners

Before you take your vehicle to a repair shop it may help to get some information on it which may help the shop to diagnose the problem quickly and save you money. Many vehicle problems have been encountered before or are known factory defects. We research the history on your vehicle problem and report back to you the findings and suggestions as to possible solutions.
If we do not believe we can help with your vehicle problem there is no charge.

Discussion for repair shops and mechanics

If you have a tough vehicle diagnostic problem it may help to have us do some research on the problem and assist with interpreting the data from tests, scan tools, multi-meters, etc. Sometimes it just helps to talk to someone outside the shop that can look at your data and lend a fresh perspective on the problem. It may be that someone has encountered and solved the problem before and we may find that solution for you. We may suggest additional tests that may help pinpoint the problem.
If we do not believe we can help with the vehicle problem there is no charge.
